FPT IS deploys digital ecosystem for Shinhan Life Vietnam
Pioneering step expected to contribute to changing management methods, adding momentum for Shinhan Life’s business development.
FPT IS and Shinhan Life Vietnam kicked off the “Surround System of DMS project” on August 3.
FPT IS will deploy an ecosystem of dmega apps to serve Shinhan Life’s business activities, including Agency Portal, E-Recruitment System, E-Submission, and E-Contract.
The common ecosystem connects the entire business team and unifies all activities, from recruiting and training to submitting insurance claims, entering into insurance contracts, and exchanging information directly with customers, on a single technology platform.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh, General Director of FPT IS, emphasized that it is honored to continue to accompany Shinhan Life in implementing a complete digital ecosystem for business activities and digital transformation in the insurance industry. “The system will create a common foundation covering all business activities of Shinhan Life, an important springboard for the company to develop a strong team, to conquer the highest value in the insurance industry,” he said.
Entering the second year of operations in Vietnam, Shinhan Life continues to strive to develop its human resources towards professionalism and improve consulting capacity to provide customers with suitable life insurance solutions. The decision to build a unified and professional digital ecosystem represents Shinhan Life’s expectations on its journey to realizing its business goals in Vietnam.

Previously, in March, FPT successfully deployed the FPT.eLearning online training solution for Shinhan Life’s business system, an important foundation for the two sides to move towards implementing a digital ecosystem for business activities. This cooperation is expected to contribute to helping Shinhan Life optimize management and improve operational efficiency, strongly contributing to the company’s digital transformation while realizing Shinhan Life’s business goals in Vietnam’s insurance market.
