Hanoi calls for investors to build urban area that requires capital of nearly $126 million
The deadline for investors to submit applications is August 31.
The Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment is calling for investors to build a new urban area in Me Linh outlying district.
The project covers 40.6 ha in Me Linh and Van Khe communes.
Over 10.55 ha will be allocated for constructing residential buildings of 3-5 storeys with 657 units; and 3.52 ha for social housing construction, supplying 809 units.
The urban area’s population is estimated at over 5,000 people.
The project demands an estimated investment capital of over VND2.9 trillion ($114 million) for implementation from 2024-2028. Meanwhile, more than VND303.2 billion ($11.9 million) will be needed for compensation, site clearance and resettlement.
