Hanoi to supply additional 70,000 houses

Hanoi will have additional nearly 70,000 houses to meeting increasing demand of local citizens with some 10,800 units expected for completion by 2026.

There are 36 housing projects currently under construction. Of which, 10 projects with over 1,000 units are scheduled for completion in 2024-2025 period while the remaining 26 projects are expected to be complete in 2025-2026 period, providing 9,800 units.

Besides, 85 housing projects are going to be invested with nearly 49,000 units.

There are also six projects building social houses for low income earners and workers of industrial zones, supplying 8,334 apartments. Site clearance is underway for the construction of the projects.
