IFF Holdings announces agreement with Marriott International to open The Luxury Collection hotel and branded residences

In a significant expansion of its luxury hospitality offerings in Southeast Asia, IFF Holdings has announced an agreement with Marriott International to open Arbora, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Quang Nam, Da Nang and The Residences at Arbora, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Quang Nam, Da Nang.

Slated to open in the second quarter of 2026, this ambitious project is nestled between the historic charm of Hoi An and the modern vibrancy of Da Nang, promising an exclusive, luxurious experience that blends Vietnam’s rich heritage with the signature sophisticated offerings of The Luxury Collection.

The development at Arbora is meticulously planned to include 220 hotel rooms,12 hotel villas, 63 residential villas, and 74 residential sky villas, each equipped with private lifts and pools.
