MK Group signs strategic partnership with FaceNet

The MK Group Joint Stock Company (MK Group) and the FaceNet Joint Stock Company (FaceNet) signed a strategic partnership at the MK Group’s headquarters in Hanoi on May 15.

The MK Group will invest in FaceNet as a strategic shareholder. Mr. Nguyen Trong Khang, Chairman of the Board of Directors at the MK Group, will become a member of the Board of Directors at FaceNet and will cooperate comprehensively with the company in business activities. FaceNet will work with the MK Group to develop products and services that integrate artificial intelligence, big data analysis, and IoT technology into MK Group’s solutions, participating in its ecosystem.

FaceNet applies artificial intelligence (AI), big data analytics, and IoT technology to products and services in Vietnam. One of its outstanding products is the development and supply of f-CIM management solutions for manufacturing enterprises.

Meanwhile, MK Group has built and implemented many smart card applications and security authentication programs in the fields of government, banking, public transport, telecommunications, and retail, with a network of products and solutions including a smart card ecosystem, a high-level data encryption solution called PRIM’X, chip-based identity cards, and cameras applying AI technology to identify and analyze user behavior, etc.
