Northern Bac Giang province to develop $146 mln industrial park
Covering an area of 354.63 ha, the IP is located in Yen Dung district.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed Prime Ministerial Decision No. 258/QD-TTg on February 10, approving the investment policy for the Dong Phuc Industrial Park project in northern Bac Giang Province.
The project aims to develop and operate infrastructure for the industrial park, which will cover an area of 354.63 ha, in Dong Phuc and Tu Mai communes, Yen Dung district.
The project's total investment capital is estimated at over VND3.73 trillion ($146.4 million), including nearly VND560 billion (nearly $22 million) to be contributed by the investor.
The Deputy Prime Minister has tasked the Ministry of Planning and Investment with appraising the investment policy and overseeing the state management of the projected industrial park in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Additionally, other relevant ministries and government agencies will be responsible for appraising the investment policy based on their specific functions and duties.
The People's Committee of Bac Giang Province is charged with directing the provincial Management Board of Industrial Parks to detail the project implementation schedule set in the Investment Registration Certificate, ensuring it does not exceed 48 months from the date of land allocation, land lease, or land use conversion decision.
