Quang Tri boosts business digital skills with AI & ChatGPT training

The Department of Science and Technology of  the central Quang Tri province recently organized a specialized training session on "Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) – ChatGPT in Production and Business Activities," aimed at enhancing digital capabilities for businesses and cooperatives across the province.

The event attracted representatives from approximately 800 businesses and cooperatives, marking a significant step in disseminating technological knowledge within the local business community.

During the session, participants gained fundamental insights into artificial intelligence, alongside practical skills for leveraging ChatGPT in marketing, sales, customer care, and digital content creation. These applications are expected to enhance competitiveness, improve labor productivity, and facilitate market expansion while strengthening connections with potential customers.

Experts delivered key presentations on AI-driven business solutions, covering: Strategies for creating viral marketing content using ChatGPT, Methods to establish automated sales funnels, and Innovative approaches to doubling marketing and sales team efficiency.

Participants actively engaged in discussions, posing practical questions about AI integration in their business operations. Many expressed enthusiasm for implementing the proposed solutions, with hopes of boosting sales, expanding customer bases, and enhancing operational capacity.
