A snap survey by the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency at the Ministry of Industry and Trade shows that Vietnamese businesses are still facing a range of difficulties and obstacles in regards to digital transformation. Businesses are still short of sufficient knowledge and awareness about the process and have limited human and financial resources, while business leaders lack commitment and perseverance.
To develop the digital economy and a digital society it is necessary to develop digital infrastructure, digital data, digital IDs, digital payments, digital skills, and digital human resources.
