The draft socio-economic recovery package and investment package for infrastructure totals VND113 trillion ($4.9 billion), of which VND103 trillion ($4.5 billion) will be invested in the North-South Expressway. Stocks of industry groups are therefore set to benefit, including construction material enterprises, construction businesses, and real estate businesses.

In order to exploit the potential of its land fund to generate budget revenue to prioritize infrastructure investment, south-central Phu Yen province will hold auctions and tenders for 318 projects and land plots with a total area of nearly 513 ha. It is expected that the province will collect more than VND35.647 trillion ($1.5 billion).
