‘Three-on-the-spot’ strategy only a short-term measure

According to the Chairman of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) Dr. Vu Tien Loc, the “three-on-the-spot” strategy (where employees live, work, and eat on-site to curb Covid-19) is only suitable for small-sized businesses and only feasible for one or two weeks. Institutional reform would provide the greatest support to businesses.
