The People’s Committee of Ninh Binh Province in Northern Vietnam has issued two decisions to establish the Xuan Chinh and Chat Binh industrial clusters, with a total area of nearly 150 ha. These are two large-scale infrastructure projects expected to boost investment attraction in high-tech sectors.

The Xuan Chinh Industrial Cluster, located in Xuan Chinh Commune, covers a total area of 72.25 ha. It is oriented toward attracting secondary investors in high-tech industries, clean technology, supporting industries, machinery and equipment manufacturing, electrical devices, and electronic components.

The total investment capital for the project amounts to VND816.3 billion (over $31.1 million).

Phase 1 of the project is expected to be ready to welcome investors by the fourth quarter of 2027.

The Chat Binh Industrial Cluster, located in Chat Binh Commune, spans 74.78 ha. Its targeted industries are similar to those of Xuan Chinh, focusing on high-tech, clean technology, equipment manufacturing, and supporting industries.

The VND835.8 billion (nearly $31.9 million) project is also expected to begin operations in the fourth quarter of 2027.
