Vietnamese agri-tech startup secures $70 mln in Series A Financing
The company will leverage the capital to upgrade its technology platform, optimize value chain integration, and enhance access to international markets.

Techcoop, a Vietnamese agricultural technology startup, has successfully closed a $70 million Series A Financing , comprising $28 million in equity and $42 million in debt.
This deal is considered one of the largest Series A investments in Southeast Asia's agricultural technology sector to date.
Two investment funds, TNB Aura (Singapore) and Ascend Vietnam Ventures (Vietnam), led this financing. Previously, in March 2024, these two funds also invested $5 million in Techcoop during the seed financing. The deal also saw participation from several major Vietnamese banks and international debt funds.
The investment will help Techcoop accelerate its growth, strengthen the digitization of the agricultural supply chain, and expand its export infrastructure. The company stated that it will leverage the capital to upgrade its technology platform, optimize value chain integration, and enhance access to international markets.
"With this funding, we will accelerate collaborative support for 2,000 small and medium agricultural enterprises (SMEs), more than 50,000 farmer clubs, and 10 million smallholder farmers in the supply chain, while promoting sustainable agricultural practices," said Ms. Diep Thi My Hao, Co-founder and CEO of Techcoop.
