Construction of Cao Lanh-An Huu expressway sub-project to start in late July
The expressway linking Mekong Delta's Dong Thap and Tien Giang provinces.
Construction of the sub-project No.2 of the first phase of the Cao Lanh – An Huu expressway in the Mekong Delta is scheduled to start in late July, according to authorities of Tien Giang province.
The 11.43-km section will run through Dong Thap and neighboring Tien Giang province.
The first phase of the expressway has a total length of 27.43 km.
In the first phase, the expressway will have four lanes with a roadbed width of 17 meters, allowing a maximum speed of 80 kph.
Total investment capital is estimated at over VND3.85 trillion ($151 million), mobilized from the State budget.
The Prime Minister approved investment policy of the Cao Lanh – An Huu expressway in 2022.
