Covid-19 vaccine factory to be built in Hanoi

Vingroup has negotiated with Arcturus Therapeutics - an American RNA medicines biotechnology company - to purchase mRNA vaccine technology for Covid-19 and will build a factory at the Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park in Hanoi.
