This will be a well-connected urban and service area with synchronized infrastructure and energy-saving features.
The People's Committee of Dong Nai province has approved the planning task for the Long Thanh Urban - Service Area, covering over 2,000 ha.
This area will serve as an urban and commercial service area, an educational complex, and a cultural, sports, entertainment, and tourism service complex.

Once completed, this will be a well-connected urban and service area with synchronized infrastructure and energy-saving features, linked to Ho Chi Minh City, and the province's Bien Hoa city, and the new Nhon Trach and Long Thanh urban areas.
The main functional areas include: urban and commercial services; development areas utilizing natural terrain and existing canal systems; educational and training complexes, technological research and application; cultural, sports, entertainment, and tourism services; and other urban service functional areas.
To carry out the planning task, the People's Committee of the southern province requires adherence to the principles of dividing functional areas, suitable architectural spaces, and technical infrastructure hubs in line with the approved general planning.
