It will cover 1,342 ha, encompassing ecotourism, culture and history, and rural agriculture.
Investment will be divided into three phases. The first phase, scheduled for 2023-2025, will build an area of over 390 ha. The second phase, from 2025-2030, will build an area of over 348 ha, and the third phase, after 2030, will invest in developing an area of over 700 ha.
An urban area is to be built at Nui Le Lake, covering 255 ha, featuring eco-houses and shophouses. A residential, sports, and tourism area, meanwhile, will be built to the northwest of Chua Chan Mountain, on a total area of 275 ha.
