Hanoi plans to establish creative design center

Hanoi will establish a creative design center as part of activities to be taken by the capital city in 2024-2025 period to realize its commitment to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) after joining the UNESCO Creative Cities Network.

These activities are aimed at promoting the city’s strength and potential in creative design, raising awareness of the public and business community, and expanding cooperation between domestic and foreign organizations, experts and enterprises in the field of creative design.

Under a plan issued by the city recently, Hanoi will also work to promote cooperation with member cities in the network, develop and support creative spaces and nurture talented creative designers.

A create design festival is scheduled to be held on November 9-17, which aims to honor and promote creative design resources in the capital.
