Investor for 226 ha Nha Trang urban project in Khanh Hoa selected
The project is expected to develop approximately 4,200 commercial housing units and 1,500 social housing units in the form of apartments.

A consortium consisting of Ha Long Sun Co. Ltd. and Asean Ha Long Tourism JSC has been selected as the main investor for the Nha Trang Urban Complex in Vinh Thai Commune and Phuoc Long Ward, in Nha Trang city of the south-central coastal province of Khanh Hoa, according to a report from Radio the Voice of Vietnam.
The project covers an area of over 226 ha, with a total investment capital exceeding VND17.33 trillion ($678.76 million) and an expected population of approximately 20,000 people. The project's operating term is 50 years from the date the investor is allocated land to implement the project.
The objective of the project is to build a modern, integrated mixed-use urban area, including commercial housing, service facilities, tourist resorts, and tourist accommodation facilities in the form of sales, transfers, leases, or lease purchases.
This urban area will also feature a themed park and a comprehensive technical and social infrastructure system, including public facilities such as schools, commercial centers, cultural houses, and museums. The investment in this project aims to maximize the local tourism potential, thus contributing to socio-economic development.
