MoT proposes regular maintenance of inland waterways

The Ministry of Transport (MoT) is drafting a Circular stipulating the management and maintenance of inland waterway infrastructure. Circular No. 01/2019/TT-BGTVT does not include regular maintenance of inland waterways, so in this draft, MoT has proposed adding regulations on conducting regular maintenance.
