Nghe An licenses 48 projects in 7M

Central Nghe An province licensed 48 projects in the first seven months of the year with a total registered capital of over VND16.8 trillion ($661 million).

Meanwhile, 24 existing projects increased capital by nearly VND7 trillion ($276 million).

The province posted positive growth in many other economic indicators during the seven-month period.

Total retail sale of consumer goods and services reached over VND88.28 trillion ($3.47 billion), up 33% year-on-year.

The Index of Industrial Production (IIP) rose over 10% compared to the same period last year.

Over 1,200 enterprises were established with a total registered capital of more than VND15.4 trillion ($606 million), a year-on-year growth of 2% and 70%, respectively.
