Ninh Binh plans to establish 500-ha eco-tourism site
The project expected to meet demand of domestic and foreign visitors for relaxation, entertainment and cultural tourism.
Northern Ninh Binh province plans to build an eco-tourism site covering nearly 500ha in Nho Quan district.
The provincial People’s Committee has approved the investment policy for the project.
It will cover 475.8 ha in Quang Lac commune and have an estimated population of 20,000.
It will be a provincial-level eco-tourism resort which will features natural landscapes, recreational and entertainment areas and tourism services, meeting the demand for accommodation, relaxation, and cultural tourism experience of both local residents and international visitors.
Ninh Binh currently has nearly 20 tourism sites.
As planned, the province will become a major hub of tourism, cultural industry and heritage economy of the country and the region.
