To improve the competitiveness of female entrepreneurs in cross-border e-commerce activities, the Ministry of Planning and Investment is cooperating with US partners to help them access assistance in finance and electronic payments, logistics, and customs.

On the occasion of Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day on October 13, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent an open letter to businesses around the country. The letter stated that the Vietnamese Government and relevant agencies will step up institutional reform, remove difficulties and obstacles, mobilize resources, and reform administrative procedures, among other measures, to create an open and equal business environment for business development and international integration for entrepreneurs.

National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue has affirmed that entrepreneurial teams play a very important role in socio-economic development, job creation, and life stabilization. The NA should consider developing a law on fiscal policy to help businesses access capital.
