MoF disagrees with Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS) 's proposal to remove value-added tax
The Ministry of Finance (MoF) believes that the purchase of domestic fabrics for the export products is not subject to the VAT rate of 0 per cent. Furthermore, there is no separate provision for VAT incentives for businesses.
