Top 10 reputable IT companies of 2024 announced

The Vietnam Report JSC on June 21 announced the top 10 reputable technology companies of 2024, the Tin tuc (News) online newspaper has reported.

They included Viettel Military Industry and Telecoms Group (Viettel), FPT Corporation, Vietnam Posts, Telecommunications Group (VNPT) and MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation.

Others were CMC Corporation, VNPT Vinaphone Corporation, Hanel JSC, Vietnam Technology and Telecommunication JSC, Vietnam Maritime Communication and Electronics Single-Member LLC, and Tien Phat Technology JSC.

The businesses were selected based on their financial capacity assessments as well as their reputation evaluation via means of public communications and surveys with relevant parties by the end of May, 2024.

The technology sector registered total revenue of nearly $36.3 billion in the first quarter of this year, up 17.7% year-on-year, figures from the Ministry of Information and Communications show. Exports of IT products were estimated at $31 billion, surging 17% compared to the same period last year.
