Investment policy for Hai Phong's $315 mln IP approved
The project spans nearly 653 ha in An Lao district.
Under Prime Ministerial Decision No.86/QD-TTg, dated January 14, 2025, and signed by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, the investment policy for construction and trading of infrastructure of Hai Phong city's Trang Due 3 Industrial Park (IP) project has been approved.
The project, with a total investment capital estimated at over VND8 trillion (approximately $315 million), will be developed by Saigon - Hai Phong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (SHP).
The project spans nearly 653 ha in the communes of Truong Tho, Truong Thanh, An Tien, and Bat Trang in the northern city's An Lao district.
The Decision has tasked the Ministry of Planning and Investment with appraising the investment plan and overseeing the state management of the industrial park in accordance with relevant laws.
SHP, the investor, had previously developed the 187-ha Trang Due 1 IP since 2007, and the 214-haTrang Due 2 IP since 2014. Both parks have been fully occupied.
