Thanh Hoa’s investment attraction is growing, especially in the tourism sector, thanks to it posting the highest economic growth in the north-central region. Real estate in Sam Son city is benefiting from “public and private synergy” in large-scale infrastructure projects that will establish a new price level in 2022.
