The government has directed the State Bank of Vietnam to refund transaction fees for employers who have taken out loans from the Vietnam Bank for Social Policy to pay salaries.

More than 1.43 million employees at 87,472 businesses in Hanoi will be subject to a reduction in insurance premiums for occupational accidents and disease, worth about VND643 billion ($28.29 million).
