Thanh Hoa approves construction of residential areas

The Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has approved investment policies for a number of projects building residential areas in the north-central province.

Projects include a residential area on nearly 2 ha in Thanh Hoa city, housing an estimated 1,000 and with investment of VND260 billion ($10.9 million).

Another will build a residential area in Dong Son district at an estimated cost of over VND281 billion ($11.8 million). It has a total area of more than 22 ha and is aimed at meeting housing demand among local residents and speeding up the district’s urbanization process.

Two other projects will be built in Hoang Hoa district on a total area of 60 ha and with total investment of over VND2.4 trillion ($101 million).
