Construction of new IP starts in Da Nang city

Local investor Sai Gon - Da Nang Investment JSC (SDN) has started construction on the Hoa Nhon Industrial Park (IP) in central Da Nang city, according to a report from the Vietnam News Agency.

The IP covers nearly 25 ha and has an investment capital estimated at  VND285 billion ($11 million).

This is the very first item for the approved Industrial Support Complex in the city’s master plan for 2021-2030.

The IP was designed as one of the ‘green’ and ‘clean’ parks with an aim of attracting hi-tech and environmentally-friendly industries.

It is designed for a variety of industries including electronics, metal processing, garment and leather, wood, equipment, machine manufacturing and supporting industry sectors.
