Sam Son to get new residential area and commercial center

The Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Do Minh Tuan, has recently signed Decision No. 2774/QD-UBND approving an investment policy for an urban residential area and commercial center in the beach town of Sam Son.
