On November 4, during his official visit to France, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the Vietnam - France Businesses Forum and witnessed the exchange of 29 MoUs between Vietnamese and French or European partners. Cambodia presented 200,000 doses of Sinopham’s Vero Cell vaccine to Vietnam as a gift on October 29 at the Moc Bai International Border Gate linking Tay Ninh and Svay Rieng provinces. Since the outbreak of Covid-19, the two countries have coordinated closely and offered each other timely support in pandemic prevention.
