At a regular conference of the government, the Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment spoke of Vietnam’s socio-economic recovery and development program, which features five main groups of solution.

Specifically, MPI proposes that IPs (industrial parks) administrators be the decision makers when the sublease fee is 30 per cent or more higher than the fee bracket registered with the IPs administrators.
